I'm Karen Thomas, owner of The Queen's Beads. When I was a little girl, I dreamed of being an artist. As my children grew, I was always doodling, crafting, being asked to volunteer because of my creativity but never got to "be an artist".

I was fortunate enough to discover the art of bead embroidery and took classes to learn new techniques and create my own unique style. That passion has led me to open my own store.

I took my love of art, beading, shopping, and fashion and rolled all of that into The Queen's Beads. My husband David and I have travelled the country selling beads and are proud to share our collection of beads and fashion accessories with our customers. Everyone can enjoy fashion, even on a budget. We have fashion accessories straight from the magazines at a fraction of the price at the mall.
